Construction Senior HR Administrator
The role is focused on providing dedicated admin support to the BU HR Manager
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Ensure the maintenance and safekeeping of personnel records.
- Ensure up keeping of HR system Attend to all HR correspondence including but not limited to employment administration, benefit administration, salary administration.
- Ensure up keeping of CV’s Stannic Card application and administration;
- LOA administration and adhere to deadlines.
- Monthly HR Management Reporting
- Ensure distribution of pay slips
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Grade 12.
- Three Years’ experience in HR Administration.
- An advanced level of computer literacy using the following applications; Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of VIP Payroll and VIP HR People.
- Excellent language skills.
- Deadline orientated.
